Public Resources Before or During a Public Health Emergency

Rx Response has developed a list of resources useful for the public in preparing for public health emergencies.  These include a customizable and printable medication card, advice from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the American Red Cross (ARC) in preparing for public health emergencies, and how to find open pharmacies during disaster.

Capturing Your Prescription Information Before an Emergency

Enables you to complete and print out your medication card. This information will aid patients in preparing for their specific medicine needs during a public health emergency.

Preparing for a Public Health Emergency

Provides a variety of comprehensive resources to help individuals and families better prepare for a severe public health emergency, as well as a list of what resources are available to assist individuals in recovering following various types of emergencies.

Finding Open Pharmacies During an Emergency

Provides a graphical and searchable map of known and open pharmacies within an affected disaster area. Available only when Rx Response activates to respond to an emergency.

Bio-Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Terminology

Comprehensively captures an alphabetized list of acronyms and/or terminology common in public health, emergency response, or throughout the bio-pharmaceutical supply chain.
