Fact Sheets

We have compiled a set of fact sheets to help readers understand more fully how the various partners of Rx Response—including private industry, nonprofit, and governmental organizations—responds to severe public health emergencies.

One fact sheet details and illustrates how prescription drugs get to you on a daily basis and in times of emergency.

You may also want to read our FAQs about disaster preparedness to learn how you and your family can prepare for an emergency.

An important part of readiness is knowing your medication needs. To help you be prepared in advance of a severe public health emergency, fill out your medication record on a printable form that you can use during a severe public health emergency.

Additionally, we have gathered fact sheets from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that detail how to respond to and recover from specific disasters like floods, fires, and earthquakes.
